My point - I can't tell you about 4/1 and how to go from there, but I can verify from my own experience that this run/walk thing is GOOD.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03231464198799653331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4327533479103264369.post-76428400716093746152007-06-11T12:46:00.000-04:002007-06-11T12:46:00.000-04:00Just popped by to let you know I've nominated you ...Just popped by to let you know I've nominated you for a Thinking Blogger Award.RUTHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11389012059140660415noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4327533479103264369.post-59130717928815372992007-06-10T18:11:00.000-04:002007-06-10T18:11:00.000-04:00All the stuff I've read is stick with 4/1 for a we...All the stuff I've read is stick with 4/1 for a week or two, then extend to 5/1, 6/1 etc. A really helpful book is marathoning for mortals (John Bingham) - or any of his books actually.
Glad you had a good workout :)LBTEPAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17630217889998453714noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4327533479103264369.post-50140400107406459602007-06-10T16:18:00.000-04:002007-06-10T16:18:00.000-04:00Not that I'm any expert but I think you should sti...Not that I'm any expert but I think you should stick to the 4/1 ratio; maybe try a few terrains; make sure you're really happy that you can manage any road/hill thrown at you and then move on to 5/1.
RxRUTHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11389012059140660415noreply@blogger.com
